Our History

In 1993, with two small children, Bobby and Suzanne had a dream of moving from servicing and setting up manufactured homes. At the time, they had no real location to owning a full-service dealership offering their customers sales, setup, and transport in one location at fair and upfront pricing. With a dream and a plan, they scraped together enough funds for a down payment on a new location for their setup company and worked hard to move forward with their plan. In 1994, they had signed with Cavco Industries, Inc. to provide new manufactured homes and by 1995 they would fully incorporate and become a top dealer for Cavco that same year. They never let us lose that momentum and it has carried us through the many ups and downs.
