In 1991, with a newly born little girl, Bobby and Suzanne had a dream of moving from servicing and setting up manufactured homes to owning a full-service dealership offering their customers sales, setup, and transport in one location at fair and upfront pricing. By 1994, now with two small children, they would sign with Cavco Industries, Inc. to provide new manufactured homes and by 1995 they would fully incorporate and become the top dealer for that same year. They never let us lose that momentum and it has carried us through the many ups and downs.In the beginning of 2020, Bobby and Suzanne, while still greatly involved with the business, retired from the day-to-day operations and that same little girl from 1991 became the C.O.O. They built Mohave Homes with hard work and determination and have always instilled those same principles into their three children. We are grateful their wealth of knowledge is only a phone call away and can’t wait to further build upon the strong foundation they have given us.

Leah grew up in the manufactured home business. Growing up here, she has always had a heart for Golden Valley. She is passionate about helping the community through service and about spending time with her children and instilling in them the importance of hard work and love for your community.

Cherita has been a family friend for over 30 years. She is a mother of two and grandmother of seven. In 2018, Bobby and Suzanne asked if she would join their office team, and we are all so thankful she did. She works hard for every customer making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes from the factory to the setup.

JD was born in New Mexico and moved to Corsica, France when he was only one. Two years ago, Leah convinced him to make a home in Arizona and train with Bobby to lead the team in manufactured home installs. He hasn't let Bobby down and has become a wealth of knowledge in installing new homes, getting our homes into difficult locations and installing metal buildings. Each July JD returns to Corsica to help in the wine vineyards and visit with family, but we are thankful he always returns to lead our setup team.

Patrick was born and raised in Wikieup, Arizona. He graduated from UTI and worked in the forklift industry for 13 years before joining his wife at the MHI. Patrick brings a wealth of mechanical knowledge and corporate organization to our team. If he isn’t installing utilities or doing dirt work, he is working hard behind the scenes to keep us organized and working as a team to complete our customers’ homes in a timely manner.

Jessica is a native to Chicago and moved to Mohave County in 2018 to be closer to her mom. She is from a family of 8 and is a mom to two daughters. She has worked in the construction sales field for over 10 years. Jessica’s amazing organizational skills and straight forward personality is the perfect fit for our company’s mission of upfront and honest home buying for our customers.

Andie was born and raised in Mohave County but between her time in the military and her love of traveling, she has visited much of the country and the world. Her creativity and want to fully bring us into the 21st century with technology will soon bring a whole new buying experience to our customers.

Jane is an avid animal lover and the owner of chickens, cats, a dog and a fish. Born and raised in Illinois, Jane moved here to receive a knee surgery and decided to stay. We are so thankful she did. Her follow-up skills and genuine want to help customers work through the warranty process makes her a perfect fit for service coordinator.
